Who I Am

Hi, I am Amanda, the therapist behind Back Porch Counseling.

I created this space for women, teens, moms, educators and other helping professionals who are carrying more than people can see. My approach is warm, practical, and compassionate, with a focus on helping you feel heard, supported and more grounded.

Therapy with me is not about judgement or having it all together. It’s about creating a safe place to slow down, breathe and begin again.

Here you don’t have to have the right words or have everything figured out. You can come as you are, and we’ll take the next step together.

Amanda Siddons, MSW, LCSW M.Ed.
